Exciting role in a vibrant events company to oversee day to day operations of the Middle East office, managing the enquiries, scheduling team and Account handlers.

Reports to:

Managing Director

Direct reports:

  • Scheduling team
  • Account Handlers

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage Account Handlers and scheduling team
  • Oversee the full Life Cycle of all projects including quoting, contracts, delivery, site visits and reconciliation.
  • Attend client meetings to receive event briefs or present proposals and reports
  • Manage all logistics for events including contracts, training and briefing
  • Provide support to the Event , Production HR Staff and Crewing teams as required
  • Build & maintain good client relationship to maximize sustainable revenue and forecast through good project management
  • Strong understanding of crewing and Production HR departments
  • Handle complaints in line with company procedures to ensure continued good relationships with all clients
  • Manage and develop existing clients relationships to increase revenue and profits
  • Maximize sustainable revenue and demonstrate a sound commercial awareness of project revenue and costs through good project management and supplier relationships
  • Take a leading role in projects from initial brief and throughout the pitch process including preparation of realistic budgets and schedules
