ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced administrator looking for their next challenge! Working in our fun vibrant Liverpool office, you will be responsible for; producing quotes, managing all accreditation, liaising with our clients and generating new business. For the right person, you will progress quickly within the company and become a valued member of the Showforce team. This is the chance to begin or continue a career in the events industry where no two days are the same!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration duties

    • Prepare accurate quotes and schedules using bespoke system and Excel
    • First point of contact for client enquiries by phone or email
    • Ensure that clients receive the best possible service at all times
    • Ensuring accreditation for events is complete
    • Ensure all project information is communicated to all team members
    • Ensure complaints are handled in line with company procedures
    • Update client records ensuring current information is available at all times
    • Obtain client feedback after each event and report to senior management

    Account Management

    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients needs and manage them through to delivery
    • Manage existing client accounts and develop relationships
    • Carry out regular site visits to develop client relationships and ensure that standards are being upheld
    • Arrange and attend meetings to generate new business and manage relationships
    • Contact client database regularly and research potential work opportunities
    • Assist with management of external suppliers
    • Attend relevant trade exhibitions, networking events and training

    Skills

    • Strong Administration skills
    • 2 years office-based administration/data entry experience
    • Excellent telephone manner
    • Highly organised and able to multi-task
    • Able to adapt quickly to changes
    • Ability to work flexible hours when required
    • Self-motivated and outgoing
    • Good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
    • Great communication skills
    • Great team player
    • Able to work under pressure
