We put all of our crew members through a comprehensive induction programme and each is issued with a handbook to prepare them for the everyday tasks they will encounter on site.

We have over 40 crew accredited with licences for forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, cherry pickers and PASMA tickets for the construction of mobile work platforms. All our senior crew have first aid certificates and in addition have been put through the Safety Passport scheme.
