Do you comply with the SIA regulations?
A: Yes, all our security operatives conform to the legislations brought in by the Security Industry Authority, having come through CRB checks and others that ensure the quality of the individual supplied.
What time will your staff arrive for their shift?
A: We insist that all staff arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their shift start time.
Do you provide a standard uniform?
A: Our staff will be dressed correctly to standards set by and agreed with you the client.
How will you manage staff punctuality?
A: A remote-linked management tool will allow us to monitor their start times and task completion.
How do you manage customer satisfaction?
A: Showforce management will regularly communicate with you, carrying out both regular site-visits and spot-checks to maintain quality. We will also measure performance based on your feedback which you, the client, will complete on our KPI’s, thereafter proactively offering advice and suggestions whenever necessary.
What qualities can your staff provide to us?
A: All our Security officers are taken from various security services (both here and abroad) and are chosen only when they have satisfied the company that:
- The officer has an excellent command of written and spoken English
- The officer has man management skills
- The officer is of a friendly disposition
- The officer is competent to deal with a situation in the correct manner
