February – Showforce retain Industry Award!
Our acclaimed stage crew has once again received the plaudits at this year’s TPI awards by retaining the award for “Favorite Crew of The Year”.
The TPi awards annually recognizes the contributions of many leading industry professionals from a range of companies and backgrounds. It was a delighted Mark Campbell, Showforce group's Sales and Marketing Director that received the award from host Chris Evans infront of a packed house.
To retain this title is a great achievement for Showforce and illustrates the huge inroads we have made in to the Rock & Roll market over the past two years. Showforce are now rightfully acknowledged as a viable alternative to the traditional suppliers in this field, bringing with us a fresh approach and professional ethos which has been key to us winning this prestigious award.
As ever we would like to extend a massive “thank you” to all of our loyal supporters for their votes, without whom this recognition would not have been possible. To those of you that have not used us yet... why not give our Double Award Winning Showforce crew a try!

January - Strictly Come Dancing Tour 2010
Showforce Liverpool has once again been at the centre of the entertainment industry completing the opening leg of the Strictly Come Dancing 2010 for renowned promoter Phil McIntyre. Showforce worked on this tour last year in Liverpool, and were invited back again this year to set it up. As before this full production involved a local crew load in call of up to 60 crew, working with the various departments to set up video, sound, the dance floor and lighting ready for the shows.
As the caterers, runners, and drivers we provided continued to work through, the crew took a well earned rest before returning the following night for the load out. The original line up of judges, including Arlene Phillips returned for this tour and were on hand to work the capacity Liverpool crowd and make it an unforgettable night. Once the show finished Showforce crew loaded out the show as it headed off around the UK. |
