Role

Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, you will be working on nationwide accounts and high profile events. For the right person, you will be given the opportunity to travel, progress within the company and become a valued member of the Showforce team. Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client accounts and develop relationships
  • Carry out regular site visits to develop client relationships and ensure that standards are being upheld
  • Arrange and attend meetings to generate new business and manage relationships
  • Contact client database regularly and research potential work opportunities
  • Ensure that customers receive the best possible service at all times
  • Ensure complaints are handled in line with company procedures
  • Ensuring accreditation for events is complete
  • Prepare accurate quotes and schedules using bespoke system and excel
  • Ensure all project information is communicated to all team members
  • Update client records ensuring current information is available at all times
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients’ needs and manage them through to delivery
  • Obtain client feedback after each event and report to senior management
  • Assist with management of external suppliers
  • Attend relevant trade exhibitions, networking events and training

  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Happy to travel around the UK and worldwide

  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
  • Self-motivated and outgoing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel

Role

Working in a fun and vibrant office, you will be working closely with the Operations Director and once trained, be responsible for building and managing an Account Executive Team. For the right person, you will be given the opportunity to travel, progress within the company and become a valued member of the Showforce family. This is a great opportunity to develop a role in the events industry, focusing on key clients and relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client accounts and develop relationships
  • Manage large volume of email and phone enquiries daily
  • Carry out regular site visits to understand your client’s requirements
  • Arrange and attend meetings to generate new business and manage relationships
  • Ensure that customers receive the best possible service at all times
  • Ensure complaints are handled in line with company procedures
  • Ensuring accreditation for events is complete
  • Prepare accurate quotes and schedules using bespoke system and excel
  • Ensure all project information is communicated to all team members
  • Update client records ensuring current information is available at all times
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients’ needs and manage them through to delivery
  • Obtain client feedback after each event and report to senior management
  • Assist with management of external suppliers
  • Attend relevant trade exhibitions, networking events and training

  • Previous experience managing key accounts and other team members
