Sales and Development Director 

Job summary

The ideal candidate will play a major part of the senior management team. They will work with all members of staff to understand and develop each department’s plans and goals, lead the team to successfully execute through all aspects of the business and provide corrective action when necessary. With a focus to drive sales in all sectors the Sales and Development Director will manage the team to ensure clients get the highest quality service. This is a global role and although based in the UK will work closely with the Middle East offices and be expected to travel.


To oversee, manage and mentor the UK team to maximise efficiency, quality and productivity. It is essential to fully understand the industry and each part of the business in order to successfully manage expectations, trouble shoot and rectify issues ensuring all day to day work is delivered to the highest standards.

The role will hold overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of the company’s Sales Strategy for the future growth of the business, defining long and short term strategic goals, regular reporting and the identification of business opportunities through to negotiating and closing business deals.
